Instek Digital offers comprehensive warranty
services to its end-user customers. Under Instek Digital's
general warranty policy, equipment is warranted to be free
from defects in workmanship or material for the applicable
warranty period. Warranties vary depending on the product
family and type of warranty you purchased. Users must register
their product online within 30 days of product purchase
to gain access to warranty service benefits.
Instek Digital extended warranty service packages provide
easy access to technical expertise, hardware replacement,
and auxiliary services that enhance and extend your warranty.
Professional Services insure the successful deployment of
your security system network.
Optional Service Offerings
Warranty and other service benefits included
with product purchase can be enhanced to include 24x7 limited
website support, 24-hour email response, office hour telephone
support, software upgrades (excluding separately orderable
software), hardware replacement and/or on-site assistance
by purchasing a service contract. We offer following warranty
