Video Servers
Video servers are now a critical factor for the success of digital surveillance systems. They encode analog into IP signals to provide a reliable failover solution for analog cameras without the need to change any cabling. MatriVideo video servers can accommodate from one to nine analog cameras.
MatriVideo video servers seamlessly integrate with MatriVideo NVRs which provide full surveillance recording functions.
The HR-VS5000-1U is an eight or sixteen channel digital video server used to seamlessly convert any physically connected analog cameras into digital IP based cameras. Conversion to a digital based system will dramatically reduce installation and cabling efforts.
The HR-VS3401-H is a one channel network digital video server that can be used as an IP module to convert an analog camera or speed dome into an IP based camera. The video server's firmware is burned into the FLASH making the system more steady and reliable. It also supports real-time video and two way audio transmission.
