Instek Digital is aware of the concerns you as our partner may have. At a certain point you might had the thought whether Instek Digital may or may not have such backdoor technology in our solutions.
With this writing, Instek Digital wants to take away the concern. Instek Digital guarantees that our solution (software and hardware) does not contain any form of a backdoor technology. Instek Digital’s NVR’s do not send any private data nor does Instek Digital retrieve any data remotely. The only we do recommend is to change the default user name and password, so hackers are limited to access the hardware and get access to vulnerable data.
